• Founded a successful AI startup that secured two rounds of investment, developed commercial AI products utilized by industry leaders, achieved notable recognition as one of the top 100 startups in Turkey, and received support from leading incubators and accelerators such as Microsoft,AWS,Google,Istanbul Technical University and Teknopark Istanbul.
• Developed and commercialized “Cognity”—an AI-based image recognition application for Alzheimer’s remote assessment and cognitive healthcare—in collaboration with a team of neurologists and computer scientists; currently used in five different countries.
• Built AI strategies and organizations for two large-scale corporations.
• Led multinational corporate projects and managed highly successful AI & Data Science teams.
• Received the 2022 IDC Future of Work Award for the project “Using AI to Predict Employee Turnover and Identify Its Causes.” with my team.
• Received the 2021 Yıldız Holding “Stars of the Year” Award for the project “Enhancing Customer Offers with AI-Powered Customization.” with my team.
• Won 2nd place in the 2023 SAS Explore Visual Storyteller Award in Las Vegas with the project “Predictive HR Analytics.” with my team.
• Received the 2023 SAS Explore Innovative Problem Solver Award in Las Vegas for the project “Demand Sensing.” with my team.
• Awarded a full scholarship for a Ph.D. at Özyeğin University.
• Awarded a full scholarship for an MBA at Istanbul Bilgi University as the project winner of the 2008 ITU EMOS competition with the project “Optimizing Outdoor Media Planning Using a Goal Programming Approach.”
